The housekeeping staff were very nice..The front desk person I checked in with never once said hello how are you just give me your ID and CC gave me the keys to my room and that was the end of our interactions.. The next morning go down for breakfast the lady working in the breakfast area doesn't even acknowledge you I said good morning she just kept walking well I was getting my food she was cleaning around me never once said excuse me so each time I had to pick up my stuff and move around her so she wouldn't wipe down my plate..

The staff was outstanding and a special shout out to the night manager who checked me in on Nov 13 late in the evening..I’d had a very long and rough travel day including a blow out on my rental car and he was so understanding, kind and helpful and I very much appreciated it. Everything about my 3 nite stay was excellent.

I love to stay in a very clean environment and feel safe. This hotel was perfect. The only downside was the person above us who repeatedly STOMPED from one end of the room to the other, over and over and over and over… Breakfast was good and there was a good variety to choose from. Will stay again!

I arrived very early and a room was not ready but the lady at the front desk had me sit comfortably at the lobby and advised me as soon as one was available. I really appreciated that they allowed me to check in early as I was completely exhausted!
